RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


All item(s) must be
unworn and unwashed, with all original Joseph Frensch tags attached and packaging. Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned to customer. Any products purchased in the sale cannot be returned.


To start a return, you have to contact us at info@josephfrensch.com


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. We are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company. You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. For international purchases your initial shipping costs are not refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Any products purchased in the sale cannot be returned only exchange for another size if available. To exchange your product for another size, purchase the right size


To ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the right size. Then file a return request by email, Once the return is accepted, return your item. you will receive your refund within 10 business days.


SHIPPING

Shipping will take up to 2-5 business days from date of purchase (The Netherlands).

International shipping can take up 5-7 business days.
JOSEPH FRENSCH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments at all times. All shipments are insured and buyer carries all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It can approximately take 10 business days to process your refund.



DAMAGES & ISSUES
All items will be carefully inspected by our staff. 

Please make sure you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find an fitted solution
